Authentic vintage wooden marking gauge, a traditional carpenter’s tool used for marking parallel lines on wood.
This piece features a solid wooden stock and beam with a classic aged patina, showing years of workshop use. It has a brass wear plate on the face and a sliding fence design typical of older marking gauges.
Please note this gauge is missing its thumb screw/locking screw, so the head does not currently lock in position and would require repair or replacement to be fully functional.
